Age requirement

This store sells intimate wellness products intended for adults. By using this site or placing an order you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
• An order is accepted when we email your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or refund an order where stock, pricing errors or delivery constraints require it.
• Where GST applies, displayed prices are GST-inclusive.

Product pages and guides are general information, not medical advice. Content about pelvic health in particular is educational — consult a GP or pelvic health physiotherapist for anything symptomatic. Always follow the care and usage instructions supplied with a product.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Our returns policy is set out on the shipping & returns page. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees as to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.
